"Mystery Shopping" is one of the most effective measuring methods of customer service quality which is being used for evaluation not only in presence (secret purchase), but by phone as well (secret call), or when evaluating employee’s direct correspondence with the customer by using internet service (e-mail).

The main research task of "Mystery Shopping" is to help the management of your company to give a comparison about customers’ experience when entering or shopping in your trading place, office or salon.
